Overview

A soft and airy floral pattern series inspired by spring blossoms, garden symmetry, and the gentle charm of botanical illustration. The collection focuses on lightness, calm color palettes, and balanced geometric structure.

Process

This project was developed for a small accessories collection that includes handbags, tote bags in multiple sizes, and drawstring pouches. Drawing inspiration from spring gardens and their natural sense of order, I set out to combine botanical details with graphic symmetry to create a collection suited for fabric applications.

The patterns explore a range of repeating floral arrangements built around strict geometric symmetry. I wanted to highlight the harmony found in structured compositions, while still keeping the illustrations soft and organic. The palette features gentle spring tones that complement the hand-drawn florals and enhance the overall sense of lightness.

The final series captures a balance between craft and playfulness, blending delicate blossoms, calm colors, and geometric rhythm into a cohesive set designed for functional yet decorative textile pieces.
